Hotel bookings are no longer available via the online registration form. Should you wish to make a new booking or make changes to an existing booking, please contact the hotel directly by using the contact form below.If you are making a new booking request please remember to include in your message the following details: Arrival and departure date Bed type required (i.e. King or Twin).
Please note the hotel will request your credit card details to secure the booking. In addition please also note that your booking or change is not confirmed until your receive the confirmation from the hotel.
Please note as per the terms and conditions of all accommodation bookings: All deposits are non -refundable if reservation is cancelled on or after the 23rd August 2010 and will also be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked for. If you have used credit card details to guarantee your reservation please be aware one nights room rate will be deducted from the supplied card, by the hotel, if the reservation is cancelled or you fail to arrive on the specified date.

Alternative apartment style accommodation
Alternative apartment style accommodation is available at The Quest Clocktower on Lygon. Please note that all accommodation related queries for the Quest Clocktower in Lygon are to be sent directly to the hotel. The Conference Managers are not managing the accommodation rooms.

Group Bookings
If your organisation would like to make a Group Booking or place group accommodation at hotels not listed on this website the conference managers can secure rooms and negotiate group rates on your behalf with the hotel of your choice. Deposit
Rooms are being held by the conference managers on behalf of the attendees until 23 August 2010. All hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a minimum one night’s room rate or credit card details in order to secure a reservation. The conference managers will accept accommodation deposits up until 23 August 2010 and will settle the deposit with the hotel. Attendees must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out.
Late bookings can be made through the conference managers after until 23 August 2010 but are subject to availability and credit card details are required to secure the reservation. One nights room rate will be deducted from the supplied card, by the hotel, if the reservation is cancelled or the delegate fails to arrive on the specified date.
How To Book Accommodation
To book complete the Online Booking Form. The conference managers will forward your contact details, reservation and deposit or credit card details to the hotel of your choice.
Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be notified to the conference managers and not directly to the hotel. Please note that any changes should be made to the conference managers by 7 September 2010.
Late Arrivals
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time is generally 14.00 hours and Check-out time is 10.00 hours. Should you wish to guarantee check-in before 14.00 hours you will need to pre-book, and pay for the previous night. If you wish to guarantee a late checkout you will need to book for the next night. These additional nights can be booked at the time of making your reservation. If required please indicate on your registration form.
Hotel Check in Procedures
As per standard hotel policies and procedures attendees will be required to provide a credit card or full cash payment upon check in. This is to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay and all remaining unpaid room nights, regardless if your booking was guaranteed by a deposit to secure your booking.
The hotel will hold on your credit card, until point of check out, all unpaid accommodation nights reserved plus a daily amount for incidental charges. If you will be settling your accommodation account by cash you will be asked to pre pay for your accommodation in full plus a cash deposit for incidentals. Should you not utilize any incidentals during your stay the cash deposit, for incidentals only, will be refunded to you by the hotel upon check out. Please note the daily incidental charge may vary across the listed hotels.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable at until 23 August 2010 and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked or you cancel your accommodation. Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference managers.
For all bookings that have been paid in full. Please note if you do not arrive at the hotel on the specified date the hotel will hold the room for each paid night and all monies will be retained by the hotel.
